The Physician Center is a web-based portal application that provides the physician whose patients are being cared for by Deaconess HomeCare with access to information about their patients.
The Physician Center gives the physician the ability to:
- Review their patient's orders and certifications
- Electronically sign their patients' orders and certifications
- View an Orders Worklist displaying a list of unsigned orders
- Receive email notifications of unsigned orders
- Track and report Care Plan Oversight (CPO)
- Track the number of Start of Care (SOC) and certifications for physician billing
- View basic patient and admission information
- View a Patient Census Summary
- Send and Receive follow-up notes with Clinical home care staff
